Due to low participation numbers because of the change in time, and the expected bad weather, this event is being cancelled.
The varsity soccer teams at Wachusett Regional High Schools have invited Rutland Youth Soccer's U10 and U12 programs to participate in a half-time, inter-squad scrimmage on Thursday, October 10th. This was a huge success last couple of seasons and we're excited to join them again this year. There is something special about playing on the full size field, under the lights and the crowd cheering on our Rutland players. Don't miss it!
- Girls, please arrive and proceed to the player sideline by 4:45pm for pre-game activities. The Varsity Girls game begins at 5pm.
- Boys, please arrive and proceed to the player sideline by 6:45pm for pre-game activities. The Varsity Boys game begins at 7pm.
- Those in Rutland Youth Soccer uniforms will have FREE admission to the game vs. Shrewsbury High School!
- Participate High-Five line during the pre-game player announcements.
- 10 Minute inter-squad scrimmage during half time.
- A few of our players will have the opportunity to work as sidelines assistants.
